Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email support@flowverahome.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll send you instructions.

Return shipping & refunds

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable where applicable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a clear photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
